Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in South Africa or authorized jurisdictions to participate in our mapped workflow systems.
No participation for anyone under 18 years of age.
User Responsibilities
Clarity and workflow accountability are built on mutual cooperation and mapped documentation.
- Provide truthful, complete workflow data at each mapped stage.
- Respect system and advisor recommendations within each phase.
- Promptly communicate any process concerns or new needs.
- Comply with relevant South African law and advisory standards throughout participation.
Prohibited Platform Uses
For everyone’s security, prohibited actions are clearly defined.
- Accessing workflow systems for any unauthorized or non-consultative use.
- Altering, copying, or distributing process documentation without approval.
- Using information for misleading, illegal, or fraudulent purposes.
- Harassing, interfering with, or undermining any mapped workflow participant or advisor.
- Uploading or transmitting harmful, malicious, or unauthorized code or files.
Intellectual Property Rights
All workflow tools, designs, analytics, and content remain the property of Quant Capital Mastery unless stated otherwise. Usage is strictly for consultation and process engagement as mapped for you.
User Content
Clients may submit process descriptions, questions, or documentation only as part of mapped consultation phases.
User Content Rights and Responsibilities:
User content is protected and may be used to improve workflow systems, always in line with privacy policies and within each consultation phase.
